EMin Resources/GiveSafe
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes the information Electronic Ministry Resources (EMin Resources or Emin) collects about you, how we use and share that information, and the privacy choices we offer. This policy applies to information we collect when you sign up with Emin; access or use our website, kiosk, mobile applications, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"); or when you otherwise interact with us. To be clear, this policy applies to information we collect if you make a payment through EMin’s Services—even if you have not registered for an EMin account or downloaded one of our applications. This Privacy Policy does not, however, describe the practices of other EMin users, including church’s, that may collect information from you when you interact with them through the Services, and we encourage you to ask them about their privacy practices before providing any information to them.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy and revising the "Last Updated" date above. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you use our Services to stay informed about our information practices and about ways you can help protect your privacy.

Cookies are small data files that are stored on your hard drive or in device memory by a website. Among other things, cookies support the integrity of our registration process, retain your preferences and account settings, and help evaluate and compile aggregated statistics about user activity. We may also collect information using web beacons. Web beacons are electronic images that may be used in our Services or emails. We may use web beacons to deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage and campaign effectiveness, and determine whether an email has been opened and acted upon.

We may allow third parties to serve advertisements in connection with our Services and to provide analytics services. These third parties may use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to collect information, such as your IP addresses, identifiers associated with your mobile device or applications on the device, the browsers you use to visit our Services, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and conversion information. This information may be used by EMin and other companies to analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests, and better understand your usage. This Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we are not responsible for, third-party cookies, web beacons, or other tracking technologies and we encourage you to check the privacy policies of these third parties to learn more about their privacy practices.

We use information about you to provide, maintain, and improve our Services and to deliver the information and support your request, including receipts, technical notices, security alerts, and support and administrative messages.
